Begin with a hypothesis.
Your first growth direction is a reasoned starting point. It connects who you serve, what you offer, and how someone might move from interest to a purchase. It isn’t proof that a particular approach will work.
Test enough to learn.
A small, relevant test can reveal a better customer segment, a confusing offer, or a missing next step. Record the starting point so later changes have context. Avoid changing every variable at once.
Refine from business evidence.
A strong response matters more than a large unqualified audience. A confirmed sale matters more than a contact click. Owner feedback helps connect activity to the outcome you care about.
Keep the direction. Adapt the approach.
Continuous refinement doesn’t mean starting over every week. Keep what has evidence behind it. Give slower approaches enough time to be assessed fairly. Change what the results suggest needs attention.
